Kristie Moore R.M.T. - Massage Therapist

     Kristie was born and raised in the peace country.  She graduated from the Alberta College of Massage in 2014, completing her required 2200 hours of study and practice.  She is passionate about helping others and enjoys working with a wide variety of clients.  She has training in relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal, infant PNF stretching, trigger point therayp, dynamic cupping and orthopedic massage.  She enjoys sports and many outdoor activities, especially camping with her young family.  She has been very thankful for all the support and encouragement that she has recieved from her great clients.  

Jennifer McLaughlin -

Massage Therapist (student)

     Jennifer has lived in Sexsmith for over 18 years, choosing to raise her three children in the area.  Her community involvement includes being a wellness advocate (by founding the Sexsmith Wellness Coalition) and encouraging healthy eating and active living at the community level.  Jennifer is also a certified fitness instructor and has taught classes both in the community and school systems.

     Jennifer is currently in her second year of a Massage Therapy Program at Makami College Inc.  She finished her first year in March 2020 at the top of her class.  She currently offers therapeutic massage including relaxation massage, hot stone massage, pre/post-natal massage and deep tissue massage.  She is client-focused in determining the most appropriate course of treatment, and helps her clients to attain a better quality of life.  She is working at completing her second year of training to develop her skill set and expertise.  This will allow her to also offer sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and joint mobilizations.

     Jennifer has a passion for health and wellness as well as broad knowledge of the human body and it’s capacity to heal itself.  She enjoys the outdoors, physical fitness, spending time with her family and being around people.
